I am absolutely in love with this gym. It's probably the only time I feel like I can truly express myself. Every second I spend in Bodyplex I feel like I am closer and closer to achieving my goals. Some say exercise is all that matters, but this gym has pushed me to strive for greatness inside and out of the gym.

Bodyplex in Milledgeville Ga is a top notch gym. I have been going to this gym since day one of it opening. I was among the first one hundred people to join this gym and I must say that the customer service, great attitude, and eagerness to help people reach their personal health goals is amazing. They treat everyone like family and greet you with a smile and eye contact upon entering and leaving. The group fitness classes are awesome with the best instructors ever.

Bodyplex is the best gym — hands down!! i always feel at home here & will never go to another gym. the atmosphere here is absolutely welcoming and the front desk people are always friendly. Ali (personal trainer) is great also for people (including myself) who are needing more assistance. I’ll continue to recommend this gym to any & everyone!

I've been going to Bodyplex for close to 10yrs. What's cool is watching the business grow as well as the staff. The gym is large with equipment for any and everyone. I'm not familiar with the classes but seeing the people coming out is something that scares some but if you want to challenge yourself, step in for a good time. The schedules are above the water fountains. The staff and trainers are friendly and treats everyone with kindness but are very stern when needed to get you in shape.
I could continue but too much and people don't have time to read.

Body Plex is perfect place to workout. Up to date machine that cater to everyone. Very friendly environment with great employees. It was very easy to get signed up and working out right away. Definitely the place to workout in Millegeville.

Out of all the gyms I’ve been to, this one is by far my favorite. It’s always clean, the staff is always nice and helpful, and the classes they offer are great! It’s a fun and uplifting environment to workout in. Highly recommend, definitely the best gym in Milledgeville!

Great place to workout and feel comfortable whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or have been working out for a long time! The classes are amazing and the instructors make the workouts fun. This gym also has a kids center which is convenient for parents!

I started this gym at 53 everyone was so welcoming. From the first class I took I was hooked on Bodyplex. The instructions are great and helpful and the front staff always gives you a smile when you enter the door. Love the group fitness classes. My husband and I enjoy working out with the weights and machines. I love this gym so much that this is my life 6 days a week. I am sad when I have to miss a workout. Come join the family here at Bodyplex.

Bodyplex is by far the best gym to sign up for. The atmosphere is so amazing and i have met some of the best people there and we have become a gym family. There is absolutely no judgment to anyone that comes in and the staff is amazing about helping out where needed. The facility is very clean and I love the 24 hr access.
